Monterey Symphony Presents A GUIDE TO IBERIA & THE RHINE
Guest Conductor Peter Bay and violinist Michael Ludwig lead the way through a musical pastiche gypsies, flamenco, tango then on to the pastures of Germany and the Cathedral of Cologne as “described” in Schumann’s Rhenisch Symphony. Christoph Eschenbach, Music Director of Philadelphia Orchestra has dubbed Ludwig “one of the great young violinists of our time.”
