Two meetings down and two meetings to go. Carmelites on the F&B Commission and HRB forget their primary obligation is to do the right thing according to the General Plan, etc. Only one member of the HRB voted against. That tells me the a majority on the HRB is not acting in the best interests of the residents of CBTS. If the best interests were adhered to then they would not vote to sell it away from public into private ownership.
