TWO: This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation law fro charitable and public purposes. The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized are:

a) To further the culture and education of the communities of the Monterey Bay Area by presenting various aspects of the performing arts; and

b) To assist playwrights, directors and performing artists by supplying needed facilities for production of their work.
