A leader sets the tone of civil, civic, public discourse for his supporters. The many Jason Burnett supporters making nasty, unsubstantiated claims against Rich Pepe in letters to the editor prove that Jason is condoning such conduct or encouraging it. Either way, that candidate is not the kind of leader for Carmel.
