ABSTRACT: On Monday, November 5, 2012, the Carmel-by-the-Sea City Council is scheduled to conduct a Tour of Inspection, Closed Session at 4:00 P.M., Open Session at 5:30 P.M. and a Public Workshop immediately following Open Session. The Open Session concerns one item, namely Consideration of approving a Conflict of Interest Waiver for the City Attorney regarding providing legal services for the Monterey Peninsula Regional Water Authority (MPRWA). The Public Workshop Subject: Emergency Preparedness. The Agenda is embedded.
