ABSTRACT: The Final Recirculated Draft EIR (RDEIR) Revised Alternative Section Responses to Comments, FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT for the FLANDERS MANSION, dated November 30, 2012, and prepared by Denise Duffy & Associates, Inc. for the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea, was made available to the public on December 6, 2012. The City has scheduled Special Meetings of the Forest and Beach Commission on Monday, December 10, 2012, at 1:30 P.M. and the Historic Resources Board on Monday, December 10, 2012, at 4:00 P.M. in City Hall Chambers for the purpose of reviewing the REPORT and making recommendations to the City Council; and a Special Meeting of the Planning Commission is scheduled on Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
