"On November 13, 2017, Plaintiff Lininger (“Plaintiff”) filed a motion for reconsideration. ECF 33. Pursuant to this District’s Civil Local Rule 7-9(a), a motion for reconsideration may not be filed without first obtaining leave from the court. The Court has reviewed Plaintiff’s motion and treats it as a motion for leave to file her motion for reconsideration. As such, the Court grants leave for Plaintiff to file her motion for reconsideration and sets a briefing schedule below."
"The Court directs defendants to file a response to Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration (ECF 33) on or before December 8, 2017. Plaintiff may file a reply by December 15, 2017. The Court will take the matter under submission without oral argument. "
