Please provide a copy of APPLICATION FOR BUSINESS LICENCE (for Sole Proprietor),
including LLC data, parking spaces available and sections on sales and use tax reporting,
including reports to the County Board Of Equalization in Salinas. Copies of city
permits to revise and remodel the garage on his lots 7 & 9 into a business office
are requested. Please the IRS & SIC codes for Beaubox llC, registered with
the City, before Tuesday at 4 pm so they can be submitted To the Planning
Commission Meeting and CPD Chief Tomasi. Earlier a request was filed with Mr
Grunde, who I followed on the driveway for twelve seconds on May 23 when Mrs
Vaernes phoned the CPD Dispatch Clerk. In speaking with her about the two calls
she received (the call a week before, with that Incident Report "missing"
) On August 23 Mr Grunde was a witness, and he can estimate how many seconds I
was allegedly trespassing behind him silently that day. His signed estimate of
the seconds this act alleged crime happened is needed by Chief Tomasi. So thank
you for responding to this FOIA REQUEST.

struggling swimmer at Carmel Beach sometime between 1974- 1980. Several people
have indicated he was given an award by Carmel Fire Department (possibly Carmel
Police Department, but most say it was Carmel Fire Department).
