$53,000 here, over $100,000 for the EIR there, and pretty soon you have real money which obviously could have been better spent for the rehabilitation of Outlands.

I have never heard of a city selling a National Register property.

Is everyone asleep at the switch, not remembering Sue writing a letter to 300 property owners telling them they should take pride in their historic houses, while simultaneously working to sell city-owned historic Outlands?Sue's house is on the inventory, she takes pride in her designation, but when it comes to Carmelites taking pride in historic Outlands, well, that somehow doesn't even register with her.

So much hocupocus, munbo jumbo that everyone swallows! Gosh! What kind of people live in Carmel-by-the-Sea to allow this to happen!
