The Widewater Group has a notoriously bad reputation. A few of points to know about them:
1. The Widewaters Group was just given the largest fine in New York State history for a stormwater violation. See attachment below:
2. On another local project I believe the Widewaters group was fired by the Salinas City Council for continuously not meeting project deadlines or agreed upon commmitments with the city. Aftering firing Widewaters I believe Salinas then put the project out for bid again and Widewaters did not participate in the re-bid.
3. The fact that the Widewaters group doesn't meet deadlines and appears to care less for the environment and the community appears to be consistent with how they do business on their other projects in the East
4 I think there is alot of bad news about this company on the internet. I did a 'Google' search and came up with over 30 different articles where they have been sued , fined, and their employees arrested e.g. for insider trading etc.

If the open house is anything like their 5 minute video ii will be a much hyped PR pitch.

I encourage everyone in the surrounding neighborhood and in Carmel to go, listen and voice concerns. After us, their audience will be the county planning commissioners and supervisors.

Voice all your concerns and demand answers to all your questions now. This is the time.
