Cities Annual Report Fiscal Year 2005-06: Focus on Carmel-by-the-Sea

ABSTRACT:  The California State Controller’s Cities Annual Report (96th edition) is a report which compiles “the financial data pertinent to the operation of California’s city governments; it presents the costs of providing an array of valuable public services, as well as the means by which those services are financed.”  The Cities Annual Report Fiscal Year 2005-06 is embedded.  A SUMMARY of date for the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea is presented.
