ABSTRACT: On Tuesday, April 23, 2013, the Carmel-by-the-Sea City Council is scheduled to conduct a Closed Session at 3:45 P.M. to consider the following: Property Negotiations -- Government Code Section 54956.8, Real Property negotiations between the City Administrator Jason Stilwell and the Flanders Mansion property.
