Bravo for genista removal and mowing of grassland. However, there are still secondary trails in the park with encroaching vegetation and poison oak. Lots of poison oak. I think the city should do a better job of maintaining the city's largest park year round.

I've seen the area where the fallen pine is over the trail. Where is the police caution tape? Do the police & forester & public works workers not know about this hazard and liability problem? Or are they just waiting for some unfortunate person or pet to hurt themselves?
