What is it with the Leidigs? This proposal to the county is worse than their concept before the Carmel Planning Commission. 46 condo units now, when they promised about 33, I think, at the Planning Commision meeting. Don't they understand the same neighbors and the same objections would be present at the county level as at the city level? I just don't get their psychology. Do any of you? Why can't they be happy with the profit margin from the construction of 7 residences, as now allowed with current zoning?
