These mostly California plein air painters are a talented group. How wonderful it will be to see the landscape of the Monterey Peninsula and surrounding area put on canvas through the interpretative language of oil, acrylic, watercolor and pastel through the eyes of these artists. I encourage everyone to come out to see these artworks and support these artists with a purchase of a local impressionistic masterpiece.

It is inspiring to see the art on these artists webpages. They really capture and bring to life the out-of-doors locales in their paintings.

Not being a painter myself, I learned a lot from the two websites California Plein Air Painters and California Art Club Blog and all the other links from those sites. Thank you for bringing these informative websites to the public's attention and the individual artists websites too.
