ABSTRACT: In the interest of city government “transparency and accountability,” City Councilmember Jason Burnett has launched a “Carmel-by-the-Sea COMMUNITY CONVERSATION” with his new website. He encourages Carmelites to “share ideas, ask questions, talk local issues” and he then responds to our questions and ideas, essentially a Q & A forum. Information, including the “COMMUNITY CONVERSATION” URL, website link and representative questions and ideas from “CURRENT CONVERSATIONS” between April 22 and May 4, 2010, is presented.
