20th ANNUAL CARMEL ART FESTIVAL, 2013

ABSTRACT:  The Carmel Art Festival, “a public benefit event held to educate and inspire people of all ages about the visual arts,” features the Plein Air competition, silent auction and sales, Sculpture-in-the-Park with live music, and a Quick Draw by the winning artists, and Kids Art Day.
