Description
CHANGES TO CONTRACT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
Addition: Supply all labor and materials necessary to complete the following: Reference RFP #6, RFI #27 and PCO #14 (Otto's tracking number). Summary of Work includes removing noncompliant/deficient drain leader-head and piping and installing new compliant leader-head and piping.
