SUPERSEDING INDICTMENT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, v. PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, Defendant. Case No. 14-cr-00175-TEH

ABSTRACT: In the SUPERSEDING INDICTMENT, Pacific Gas and Electric Company is charged with one count of obstruction of an agency proceeding in violation of 18 U.S.C. §1505, and 27 separate counts of violations of the Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Act of 1968 (PSA).  ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS FOR MULTIPLICITY (filed 12/23/15):  The Court GRANTS PG&E’s Motion to Dismiss for Multiplicity: Counts 3, 7, 8, 10-14, 16-18, and 20-23.  Ergo, fifteen counts dismissed of total twenty-eight counts.
