Description
CHANGES TO CONTRACT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
Addition: Supply all labor and materials necessary to complete the following: Reference RFP
#23r1 , Bulletin #8 (revised), and PCO #40 (Otto's tracking number). Summary of Work;
reconfigure floor plan for dressing rooms from two small dressing rooms to one large dressing
room and add electrical outlets, and other electrical. Changes made as requested by user
groups.
Agreed Lump Sum $ 4,992.00
