Currently active CIA analyst James Erdman, presented himself as a whistleblower to congress to outline how the Intelligence Community had evidence and knowledge about the origin of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and how it was created by “gain of function” research (weaponizing a virus) in a biolab in Wuhan, China funded by the United States government.

According to the testimony, there are elements inside the Intelligence Community, specifically the CIA, who worked with scientists to coverup the origin of COVID-19 and the fact the virus was man made and leaked from a lab.  National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director Dr. Anthony Fauci, pressured and influenced scientists in the intelligence community to fabricate information and lie about the origin of the virus.

Fauci has denied accusations that he lied about the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) role in funding research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China and argued that the research did not meet the level of gain-of-function research.  However, a longtime advisor of Fauci’s, David Morens, who served as a top advisor at NIAID, was indicted by the DOJ last month and accused of using his personal email account to hide communications related to a controversial coronavirus research grant that involved collaboration with the Wuhan Institute.

With knowledge surrounding the origin of SARS-CoV-2, and with knowledge about the coverup of the virus triggering event, questioning should turn to how the U.S. government then influenced the global intelligence networks and military operations to control the consequences.

The response to COVID-19 was essentially an intelligence and military operation throughout the world.

Current Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, is investigating these larger issues as well as U.S. funded biolabs around the globe.

The First Covid Indictment, Finally

Dr. David Morens was Anthony Fauci’s long-trusted assistant at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, one of many subdivisions of the National Institutes of Health.

Morens, now 78 years old, has been indicted by the Department of Justice “with conspiracy against the United States; destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations; concealment, removal, or mutilation of records; and aiding and abetting.” 

The whole scheme seemed like a winner too. But there was a serious problem. The shot failed to work and caused more harm than any shot called a vaccine in modern history. The sheer social carnage of the lockdowns was astronomical once you consider inflation, broken supply chains, bankrupted businesses, learning loss, and civic disruptions and displacements. Indeed, the population has been in a slow-burn revolt against everything and everyone since those days. 

 

The Next Indictment Should Be Against Greg Folkers

Greg Folkers was critical to the censorship operation at the heart of the Covid response. As Chief of Staff at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Folkers oversaw operations for the agency’s $6 billion budget and later sought to evade FOIA requests by conspiring with Dr. Morens and intentionally misspelling key phrases such as “g#in-of-function.”

Morens then coached his colleagues on how to avoid Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests (in defiance of federal law) by misspelling key phrases, using code words, deleting emails, and sending sensitive information to non-government accounts. “I learned from our foia lady here how to make emails disappear after i am foia’d but before the search starts, so i think we are all safe,” he wrote in February 2021.

This is the crime that led to Tuesday’s charges against Dr. Morens, which include “conspiracy against the United States; destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations; concealment, removal, or mutilation of records; and aiding and abetting.” FBI Director Kash Patel spoke out against the “illegal obfuscation of…communications” and vowed that “if you have engaged in activity conspiring against the United States, we will not stop until you face justice.”

David Morens, a former top advisor to Covid Czar Tony Fauci, was indicted on Monday and “charged with conspiracy against the United States; destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations; concealment, removal, or mutilation of records; and aiding and abetting,” according to the Justice Department press release. 

 

For too long, deceiving the American people has been treated like a victimless crime in Washington. Will the Covid coverup indictment set a precedent that will be a booster shot for American democracy? Hundreds of political appointees and tens of thousands of federal employees should no longer be “safe from FOIA.”

Anthony Fauci Senior Advisor Indicted for Conspiracy Against United States, and Concealing COVID-19 Origination Records

Things are quickening.  It would appear that accountability for the COVID-19 cover up is finally here.

David Morens, 78, was the senior advisor to Anthony Fauci at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Mr Morens was indicted today by the Dept of Justice for conspiracy against the United States; destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations; concealment, removal, or mutilation of records; and aiding and abetting.  [Indictment pdf HERE]

In essence, Morens was indicted for manipulating science, facilitating the creation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and then running a cover-up operation.  The evidence of the cover up is what busted him.  Morens is hopefully the first of many who could be taken down in this network.  Peter Danszak should be next.

NEW YORK – […] The indictment, unsealed Monday in Maryland federal court, also notes two unnamed co-conspirators who “concealed, removed, destroyed and caused the concealment, and removal of federal records to evade FOIA [Freedom of Information Act] and FRA [Federal Records Act].”

Information in the indictment indicates the co-conspirators are Dr. Peter Daszak, the president of Manhattan-based non-profit EcoHealth Alliance, and Dr. Gerald Keusch, an associate director of Boston University’s National Emerging Infectious Disease Laboratory Institute and National Institutes of Health (NIH) grantee.

Morens, who served as a senior advisor to Fauci from 2006 to 2022, made his initial appearance in court Monday, and a judge granted him conditional release pending trial so long as he surrenders his US passport by Wednesday.  He must also “avoid all contact” with the co-conspirators. (more)

DOJ PRESS RELEASE: […] “These allegations represent a profound abuse of trust at a time when the American people needed it most — during the height of a global pandemic,” said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. “As alleged in the indictment, Dr. Morens and his co-conspirators deliberately concealed information and falsified records in an effort to suppress alternative theories regarding the origins of COVID-19. Government officials have a solemn duty to provide honest, well-grounded facts and advice in service of the public interest — not to advance their own personal or ideological agendas.”

“Circumventing records protocols with the intention of avoiding transparency is something that will not be tolerated by this FBI,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “Not only did Morens allegedly engage in the illegal obfuscation of his communications, but he received kickbacks for doing so. If you have engaged in activity conspiring against the United States, we will not stop until you face justice.” (read more)

Why the Resolution?

People are asking about the background to a major effort sponsored by Brownstone Institute and many partnering organizations. It is CovidJustice.org, a proposed Senate resolution on the entire epoch that condemns the bad science and coercion and pledges to do better next time. The petition has already attracted 20K signers in two days. 

 

This fiasco in the name of public health ended up harming health. People turned to substances to get by and put on 20 pounds from overeating and sloth. Families were shattered in arguments about the shot. Churches struggled to recover. Many civic groups from bowling leagues to garage bands broke up permanently. Countless numbers lost jobs, changed careers, and fled states that heavily enforced lockdowns and shot mandates. 

 

We need CovidJustice.org now to make it clear that this era is in disrepute. It’s necessary because the World Health Organization is even now pledging to do it all over again. The UK Commission on Covid concluded that the lockdowns and mandates were too little too late (seriously). Even now, Brownstone cannot upload a video to YouTube without having a warning label attached to it. Every major medical journal and media venue continues to hunt down the Covid dissidents and tear them apart. People are still being fired, blackballed, and humiliated for refusing a pseudo-vaccine that everyone knows did not work and caused great harm. 

The bottom line: they could do it again. Everyone knows this. What protection do we have?

Remember, Man, Thou Art Dust

The bishops closed the churches.

Let that sentence wash over you, slowly, and you may begin to grasp its enduring significance. Never before in human history, through centuries of war and famine and disease, has there been a worldwide closure of the Church that Christ founded to conquer death over—wait for it—the fear of death. 

First up in the litany of sins when I made my confession was my anger and despair over the Church’s response to the pandemic. The young priest who heard my confession (and who was clearly unpracticed in diocesan politics) responded with a frankness that took me aback: “I’m sorry we betrayed you,” he said. It was a confession within a confession, and a beautiful thing to hear, but it occurred to me that it needed to be spoken to the entire congregation.

I rather doubt that many prelates would appreciate a young priest telling his flock that their bishop “betrayed” them, as my confessor told me. Yet that kind of public confession in every parish by every priest and bishop, followed by a vow never again to bar the doors of the Church, is exactly what we need to renew our faith in this season of penance.
