For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motion for summary judgment on Lininger’s first and second claims (ECF 66). The Court further ORDERS as follows:

• The Court STRIKES pages 26–46 of Lininger’s opposition brief (ECF 70-1 at 26–46).

• The Court STRIKES Lininger’s objections to evidence (ECF 70).

• The Court GRANTS Defendants’ request for judicial notice (ECF 66-1).

• The Court DENIES Lininger’s motion to file her declaration in opposition to Defendants’ motion for summary judgment (ECF 77).

• The Court DENIES AS MOOT Lininger’s counsel’s motion to withdraw as counsel (ECF 74).
