ORDER OF THE HEALTH OFFICER OF THE COUNTY OF MONTEREY DIRECTING ALL INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN THE COUNTY TO CONTINUE SHELTERING AT THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE, AND RELAXING RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN LOWER-RISK BUSINESSES CONSISTENT WITH DIRECTION FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

THIS
ORDER SHALL BE EFFECTIVE ONLY UPON THE POSTING, BY THE CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH ("CDPH") ON ITS WEBSITE, OF THE HEALTH
OFFICER'S ATTESTATION FOR A VARIANCE THROUGH STAGE 2 OF THE STATE'S ROADMAP TO
PANDEMIC RESILIENCE. Until this Order becomes effective, the Orders of May 1,
2020, and May 8, 2020, remain in effect. The Health Officer requests the County
of Monterey ("County") to provide notice of the posting through the broadest
appropriate means.
