For those who don’t know me, my name is Cynthia Hughes. I am the founder of Patriot Freedom Project and Weaponization Watch, and for years I’ve worked directly with January 6 families who were left to survive the financial, emotional, and psychological wreckage of what was done to them. This fight is personal for me.
And now that some of these cases are being dismissed, the very people who never asked real questions want to act outraged over the rule of law.
Not on my watch.
Because I want to know where that outrage was when Americans’ constitutional rights were being trampled? And where was the outrage when American citizens were held in pretrial detention for months, and in some cases years, while the system slowly crushed their lives into dust? Where was the outrage when solitary confinement, missed religious services, no in-person family visits, and humiliating treatment became part of the “justice” routine? Where was it when lawyers, prosecutors, judges, and law enforcement officials seemed far too comfortable treating words and guilt by association as enough evidence to ruin people’s lives?
