on January 9, 2017, Leslie
Fenton, Executive Assistant, responded
stating “Attached please find copies of: List of businesses in downtown
Cannel who have a current business license for the year 2017.” The
2017 FIXED LOCATION BUSINESSES document copy, including 776 businesses, is embedded, arranged in three
columns headings, including Business Name, Address #1 (Number & Name) and
CITY /STATE/ZIP.
