Leslie Fenton, Executive Assistant, responded stating “Pursuant to the
Public Records Act this is a request for a copy of the following record(s): An
electronic copy of any and all active employee salaries for 2016.” And
on March 30, 2017, Robert Fellner, Research Director, Transparent California, submitted a public records act request requesting “a copy of
Carmel's Employee Compensation Report for the 2016 year.” That day, on March 30, 2017, Ashlee Wright, City Clerk, responding stating “Attached
please find copies of: Carmel's Employee Compensation Report for the 2016
year.”The 2016 Carmel-by the Sea
