ABSTRACT: Re: Application of California-American Water Company (U210W) for Approval of the Monterey Peninsula Water Supply Project and Authorization to Recover All Present and Future Costs in Rates, the ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE’S RULING REGARDING POSSIBLE ATTENDANCE OF ONE OR MORE COMMISSION DECISIONMAKERS AT PUBLIC MEETING AND OPEN HOUSE PRESENTATIONS THAT ARE BEING HELD TO FACILITATE REVIEW OF THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT document is embedded.
