Article VIII
Upon dissolution of this corporation for any cause, the assets, if
any, after payment of all liabilities, shall in no event be distributed to the
members. Said assets shall be placed in a trust to continue the purposes for
which this corporation was formed, to wit
1. To maintain a permanent art gallery and such other structures and
premises as may be deemed necessary and proper to that end.
2. To advance the knowledge of and interest in art, and to create a
spirit of cooperation and fellowship among the artists, and to create a spirit
of cooperation and fellowship between the artists and the public at large by
every appropriate means.
