Addition: Provide all labor and materials related to the following: Reference RFP #35 and PCO #54 (Otto's tracking number). Summary of Work; caulk joints when installing new plywood stage decking.

NOTE: CLERICAL ERRORS IN PRIOR CCO'S RESULTED IN AN INCORRECT NUMBER OF TIME EXTENSION DAYS UP TROUGH CCO 18. THIS CCO AMENDS PRIOR ERRORS. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TIME EXENSION DAYS IS HEREBY CORRECTED TO 49.
