FOREST THEATER RENOVATION PROJECT: CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 4

Description
1 CHANGES TO CONTRACT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
Addition: Supply all labor and materials necessary to complete the following: Reference RFI
#14, RFP #1 , and PCO #1 Rev #2 (Otto's tracking number). Summary of Work includes changing the step layout to the "Terraced Step" design; deleting the sub-excavation between rows and instead doweling into bench pedestals between rows, slope grading and pour between rows, drainage system between rows, etc.

Sixteen additional days

Revised Contract Price: $1,494,503.00

Note to Contracts and Budgets Office: Council awarded a 10% construction contingency in the amount of $146,224.00 and the cost of "Terraced Step" design at a Not to Exceed amount of $45,000.00 (actual cost@ $21,346.00). Thus $167,570.00 is the adjusted total amount of all change orders which the City Administrator has authority to sign, or 11.46% of the Original Contract Price.
