CHANGES TO CONTRACT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
Addition: Supply all labor and materials necessary to complete the following: Reference RFI #47 and PCO #44 (Otto's tracking number). Summary of Work includes removal of existing dry roll sill plate and fasten new pressure treated studs to existing studs.
